I have previously made an antenna support for a GS but of course it did not fit an RT so here`s the redesign that does!
It locates on one point on the rack (no drilling) which allows the bracket to pivot to the rear when removing the pannier. It also incorporates a high quality foot which rests against the top of the pannier and swivels to sit perfectly.
It`s made from 6mm thick aluminium and comes with an M6x35 SS fastener (and nyloc nut) to hold it in place along with the M8 adjustable foot (and nyloc nut) which stabilises it on the pannier top.
This is another high quality example of my involvement and passion with biking for the last 30 years.
It allows most bike to bike antenna bases to be fitted to it (antenna base not supplied).

Simple and easy to fit
Allowed me to easily fit a DAB radio aerial on my R1200RTLC. Very pleased with the result.
