R1250GS/A (Inc. Rallye) Rear Spray Deflector

This is a Spray Deflector is an evolution of the R1200GS LC & R1200GSA LC, now includes the R1250GS/A, including the Rallye. Once again, I`ve tried to take the best on the market, from the market leader, and improve on its design. I have done this by making the item out of much more durable stainless steel and designing it so that the supporting frame adds strength to the number plate itself.

The idea behind it is to reduce the spray which seems to come up over the back of the seat on all the GS models. I`ve had a similar one fitted to my R1200 now for a few years and it does seem to work.

It`s really easy to fit and matches up with the holes on the bike`s mounting bracket very accurately. There is a further mounting hole which I have added which allows a 4th mounting point if desired - all this requires is that you drill your number plate with a 6mm hole and purchase another one of those plastic screws and nuts to use this extra mounting point. I`ve used the 4th mounting point to give it a more stable fixing rather than just relying on the 3 current fixing points.

Made from 304 grade stainless steel, you may choose whether you prefer the brushed stainless look, or go for the powder coated Satin Black finish at minimal extra cost.
