R1200GSA LC Pannier Rail Tool box

BMW R1200GSA LC, Rallye, R series GSA liquid cooled including Rallye, tool box, utility box, lock box, lockable carrier box, designed and made in the UK, lightweight Aluminium Tig welded design.

This is our very popular pannier rail mounted tool box, originally made for the pre-LC GS Adventure, but has such a success that we had multiple requests for a version to fit the liquid cooled GSA's. Naturally we couldn't resist!

It is of Aluminium construction or stainless steel, powder coated in satin black. It is professionally hand refinished and TIG welded. It's certainly the strongest and most durable box currently on the market in our opinion. It is not mass produced, with each one being made to order.

Our Aluminium option is by far the more popular, as most riders prefer the lighter weight. But we do have a stainless steel version available for those who prefer the heavier feel of stainless steel. Both are made from the highest grade materials available to us and both are always hand refinished before being powder coated, and each one is assembled by hand!

Our toolbox incorporates the following features which represent an improvement over other mass produced boxes on the market:
 

• Hand refinished, Tig welded and assembled in the UK for that very high quality individual feel about it.
• High quality lock with 2x keys (key fits other Cymarc lock boxes).
• High quality UV and oil resistant hinges.
• High grade stainless steel fasteners throughout.
• This box is NOT mass produced and this can be seen in the final finishing of the toolbox - no two are ever exact.

I had tried to make it fully waterproof but no matter what I tried it was impossible to achieve, to get round this I have fitted 2 drain holes to allow water which may get in to drain out. I personally always stick my gear in plastic bags when I use the toolbox anyway and I would suggest this to all users.
