This is one of my latest products for the new R1200GS LC and is designed to significantly reduce damage to the headlight whilst maintaining a high degree of illumination.
Its shown fitted to my very own R1200GS LC which has the standard halogen light unit but it also fits the LED version - being the much more common bike!
The kit comprises of the guard itself and 2 fitting brackets - the guard is `stood off` the brackets by 10mm long spacers so that you can get access to the lens for cleaning etc.
Its made from 2m thick stainless steel which is then powder coated black to add to its durability.
It fits onto 4 existing fastening points being the headlight and the deflector anchorage points and doesn`t take very long to fit. It comes with good instructions. It comes with all fasteners needed for assembly - all in stainless of course.
