K1600GT Oil Cooler Guard -Normally £38.50
I`ve had a request from a K1600GT owner and he has asked if I could make an oil cooler guard which would compete very well with the so called best on the market (and we all know who those guys are!) yet still be a product of my usual high quality. The customer seemed just as concerned on filling what he described as an "unsightly void" at the front of the bike as he was the low(er) cost and protection.
He expressed a concern that the oil cooler guard from the market leader was a staggering £95 so I have come up with a solution, I think, that keeps the high quality yet is very well priced at just £50 (including VAT). It`s still made from stainless with a satin black powder coat and I`ve also managed to strip as much weight out of it as possible so that it only weighs a few grams.
It`s very fit for purpose and will certainly take most impacts to avoid a very costly replacement of the oil cooler cover. There`s no drilling and uses two existing fastening points. It`s very fiddly to get the original short fasteners to fit back in so I do include a couple of longer fasteners, stainless steel of course.
Seat Lowering Bushes -Normally £18.70
One in our currently new line of 3D printed products. These bushes simply fit under the seat and replace the old rubbers with one side of them marked IN so that they click into place. Intended to help the rider go from on his or her toes to being more sure footed, these will lower your seat by about 10mm; usually just enough to allow for a more confident footing.
Rigorously tested by Mark on one of his 'very important trips exclusively ventured on solely for testing purposes' we are confident that they will withstand however many lumps and bumps in the road you face.
Available in red or black, red shown here for clarity.
