Parts received and fitted (photos attached with bikes {i hope!!}).Delighted in every way with all parts,precision and quality clearly evident in all items plus the care that has obviously been in place diring the manufacturing.
.A few of my motorcycling colleagues ( i use the term loosely i hasten to add !!!) have been in the garage querying the parts and asking me why i didn't buy locally.I stated the answer is simple, this guy is an engineer ( ie. not someone trying to be an engineer!).Have to emphasise we are in Ballymena N.I. and people here actually have sewn up pockets!! but my friends are genuinely in awe of the fittings and realise that you get what you pay for and these items are of exceptionally high spec.

Hello Cymarc,

Last Friday i received my plate for my BMW R1200RT. Today i mounted it on to the bike. The biggest problem was to remove the 4 screws under the original plate.

To get them lose was impossible so i needed to drill them out. The original plate had allready a few cracks in it witch where not properly repaired. Just a bit of glue and no more. The result was a very lose topcase. I am very glad that your company is able to produce a plate of high quality and easy fixing. Now the topcas is solid mounted to the bike. I will recommand your plate for all the BMW owners ( BMW-rt forum in Holland).

Anyhow it is sad that a bike with a great reputation like BMW needs companys like Cymarc/ Ztech/ Bagster/ Hyperpro and so on to improve the weak spots. But luckily you exist.
