BMW R1200GS Adjustable Carrier Rack

This is an adjustable rack I have made to suit the original BMW carrier rack fitted to the R1200GS. It is shown fitted to my very own 2006 R1200GS.
It is made from stainless steel and comes with stainless steel fasteners including wingnuts for easy adjustment.
The rack fits onto the original BMW carrier rack by way of machined stainless steel bosses which allows firm and stable location. The rack comes with slots for strap or bungee location.
Fitting the rack is very easy and comes with instructions.
Adjustment is made by unfastening the wingnuts, pulling the rack out to the desired width and then retightening.
The images show it fitted and opened, fully closed and loaded up.
