How I do things
Wherever possible I always use high quality stainless steel including any fasteners or other parts. The parts are laser cut for accuracy and quality (this is more expensive but far superior to other profiling methods).
If applicable the part is then formed in a CNC pressbrake, by hand, with every angle being checked. Finally, the part is hand finished by me using expensive abrasive compounds to reduce any material imperfections, eliminate any burrs and to smooth the edges.
If you compare my work with an `off the shelf` high volume similar item you will feel and see the difference between a manufactured high volume part and a part which has been hand finished straight away.
All my work is individually signed and dated by me - personally (if I remember!)

My work is not entirely for financial gain as I am a lifelong biker and enjoy making high quality bike parts and the genuine appreciation that brings.
You can be assured that your part is relatively rare, individual and made with little regard to how much it costs to produce.
