This is a standard rear pillion plate which has been modified to clip on and clip off the rear of the bike using the same system as the rear pillion seat.
It uses the same locking mechanism as the rear pillion seat so there is no further installation.
This is a very good alternative to the more permanent fitting of the standard plate and allows for quick removal of the plate itself.
It uses a machined spigot and 2 locating lugs as shown in the second image.
