BMW Pannier Bottle Carrier
This is an evolution idea I have had on a quality version currently available from a high end supplier. I thought I could improve on a good design by the following:

Inject some cost into the item by making it stronger and out of better material.

Use 4 mounting holes instead of just 2.

Enhance the design so that it isn`t simply practical so that it looks better, in my opinion.

Use 4 x 10mm long nylon mounting spacers which give much more flexibility on where you can actually mount it - no need to avoid raised rivets etc.

Get the fasteners made to the optimum length so that there is no unnecessary fastener intrusion into the pannier cavity.

Design it so that when better located on the pannier it does not get in the way of using the locks on the pannier - something my other one did.
This is what I came up with - everything is in stainless hand finished steel apart from the black nylon spacers. It also comes with very good quality non slip `Arno` 18mm wide 400mm long straps to retain a bottle.
